ABSTRACT:

半月瓣损伤和骨性关节炎是常见的膝关节损伤性疾病，用传统的手术治疗方法需要打开膝关节，因而对膝关节部位损害较大，术后恢复时间较长。
The common diseases of the knee joint injuries are the damnification of the semilunar valve and the osseous arthritis. To operate them with traditional operation methods needs to open the articular cavity, which is to cause quite a big damage to the kneecap area and prolong the recovery time.

近年来由于关节镜手术器械的不断完善，以及临床手术医生技术的提高，使半月瓣切除、以及关节腔探查、骨性关节炎的冲洗等，完全能在关节镜下完成。
In recent years, the operations of semilunar valve ablation, articular cavity inspection and the rinsing of osseous arthritis can be perfectly done under the arthroscope instrument thanks to the continuous improvement on the surgery arthroscope apparatus and better skills of the clinical surgeons.

与开放性手术相比，使用膝关节镜设备进行膝部手术具有切口小、出血少、并发症少、康复快，以及疗效肯定等优点。
In comparison with the operations of opening methods, to operate the knee cap with the arthroscopic equipments has many superiorities such as smaller incision, less bleeding, fewer syndromes, quicker recovery as well as more assured curative effects.
